Player Assistant
: Job Details :

As a key member of the operations team, the Player Assistant is responsible for monitoring the pace of play on the course. In addition, a Marshal needs to provide our guests high quality customer service in a friendly and helpful manner.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

* Must have a valid driver's license

* Must have a strong work ethic

* Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public

* Must have strong customer/guest orientation

* Must be dependable

* Knowledge about the game of golf highly preferred

Position Responsibilities:

* Maintain professional appearance

* Responsible for maintaining a reasonable pace of play on the golf courses

* Communicate and assist the Pro Shop in keeping an accurate pace of play

* Communicate with Starter and Pro Shop about any pace of play concerns

* Monitor course cleanliness

* Assist Outside Staff Attendants as needed

* Advises guests of course conditions, expected pace of play, local rules and other golf related issues

* Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management

* Perform other duties as assigned
