Job Description:

Oversees the planning, implementation and execution of all Player Development Special Events (including Asian Bus promotions), ensuring that all run smoothly and in a timely manner, to effectively stimulate customer loyalty. Ensure PD activities are being held to a high standard and on a strict timeline to realize the highest quality. Prepares and analyze all data for Player Development special events, including bus performance reports. Develop and maintain superior relationships with guests. Execute CRM strategies including assisting players in making arrangements for hotel, restaurant reservation and other amenities. Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

Ensure a maximum level of guest services and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.

Prepare all Gaming Commission submissions for each PD Special Event

Assists in the analysis of response rates and profit margins of VIP Patrons that attend Player Development Special Events.

Interact with guests, establish rapport and answer general questions during the Special Event.

Maintain a working knowledge of all Special Events in order to effectively explain to guests and all Player Development staff.

Issues complimentaries for guests accounts when needed (both non-gaming and gaming)

Coordinate the ordering of all supplies, collateral materials and dcor.

Develops and produces reports as needed including all pro-formas and post-formas for each PD special event.

Prepare correspondence and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

Act in a professional and courteous manner and exhibit a positive, outgoing personality.

Strong working knowledge of player tracking systems.

Communicates to guests by mail, email, written or oral communication and may be a spokesperson at PD Events, entertainment and sporting events.

Track players information and prepares reports as needed or required.

Is aware of all property events and activities and utilize effective communication tools to ensure that consistent, accurate and timely information is provided through the department.

Assists in all aspects of Player Development direct mail initiatives.

Develops and produces reports as needed for management.

Any other duty deemed necessary by PD Management.

This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company.

Job Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older and have a High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum of two years in Casino Marketing and or Player Development.

Must possess ability to provide and offer solutions to guest concerns and /or problems within guidelines as established by management.

Ability to work with all departments and have excellent customer service skills; must be able to communicate in English.

Strong knowledge of casino functions.

Must be organized and detail oriented.

Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks and assignments.

Ability to accept constructive criticism.

Excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills.

Proficient with basic computer skills and systems which include MS Office Suite.

Excellent working knowledge of PC computers, database programs, and Casino Management System Software.

Must have ACSC experience and Showcase Training.

Creates analysis and review data to ensure that the PD strategy/business plan is being followed.

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Must be able to work independently but has the ability to work cohesively with other departments.

Must present a professional, well-groomed appearance.

Ability to maintain composure, think clearly, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.

Able to respond to visual and auditory cues.

Able to move quickly around entire property and stand for long periods of time.

Treat all guests and co-workers with respect, honesty and courtesy.

Work Environment:

Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.

Must be able to work in noisy environment.
