Job Summary:
The Player Personnel Manager assists in the management, planning and analysis of the budget and roster for Atlanta United FC's First and Second Teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintain and update player contract and document database for First and Second Teams, including contract trackers (payment due dates, bonuses, options, loans, auto-triggers)
* Maintain contract templates and create first drafts of term sheets and Second Team contracts
* Manage documentation for all First Team call-ups and Second Team loans
* In close cooperation with Data Analytics team, review the First Team salary cap, including projections, bonuses and trades
* Actively manage Club's FIFA TMS and US Soccer registration accounts
* Maintain Club's Solidarity Mechanism and Training Compensation database
* Oversee day-to-day operations and player personnel of the Second Team
* In conjunction with Business Operations, oversee matchday operations for Second Team home matches
* Manage the Second Team budget in partnership with SVP of Strategy
* In coordination with Academy Director of Operations, actively manage current HG list and historical HG registration information
* Participate in the creation of presentations and PowerPoint decks for key Club stakeholders
* Provide Pre-Season support as needed in conjunction with Director of
* Soccer Operations
* Other functions as assigned by SVP of Strategy
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a professional office setting
* Experience in management of operating budgets
* Experience in drafting basic contracts from established templates
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
* Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
* Multilingual is preferred
