WE LOVE OUR WORK.
* Direct and supervise the activities of all Casino Cage Team members and supervisors, assign work as needed, and ensure accurate, timely reporting of all cage activity. Maintain adequate staffing levels.
* Ensure the integrity of all financial data produced by Team members under their span of control.
* Monitor all financial activities which relate to the Casino Cage, to ensure that all transactions processed at the cage comply with applicable policies, procedures, laws, rules and regulations of the Maryland Gaming Board, IRS and Sarbanes-Oxley.
* Develop and implement procedural policies for all cage activities, making corrections or revisions to reported activity as needed, and co-operated with internal and external Auditors as needed.
* Ensure a maximum level of property-wide service and satisfaction.
* Assist with monitoring/evaluating player tracking reports and making recommendations for programs designed to stimulate player activity.
* Assist with planning and execution of programs designed to attract and service tour groups. Assist with tracking promotional and comp expenses.
* Oversee execution of fun and exciting player events.
* Performs other job-related duties as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Demonstrated extensive experience persuading and negotiating. Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure. Demonstrated experience problem solving, organizing, and prioritizing work. Demonstrated experience developing and managing to budgets.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, Marketing, Accounting, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a public company and/or gaming/racetrack company preferred but not required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret routine business documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Must be very detailed oriented.
REASONING ABILITY:
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
* Must qualify for licensing by the Maryland Gaming Commission.
