**JOB SUMMARY**
Cumberland Dairy has immediate job openings for skilled plant Process Controls Technicians responsible for performing design and maintenance functions on all software and hardware for digital control, PLC, and data acquisition systems. This will also include troubleshooting control systems failures and participating in the development of systems documentation and training operations and maintenance staff on how to use tools and applications developed.

**Requirements**
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Instrumentation or Electrician Technician degree required
+ At least five years' experience in an industrial setting and at least one year experience in process controls
+ Knowledge of PID's and I to P controllers, OPC Protocol, and dealing with 4-20mA signals and control
+ Efficient with Microsoft products
+ Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks
+ Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
+ Must be able to read, speak, and write in English
+ Must be able to legibly write entries for record keeping
+ Must be able to handle basic hand tools
+ Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend required for virtually the entire shift; occasionally required to climb or balance
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with capabilities to lift up to 80 pounds
+ Must be able to work in a cold, wet environment with moderate to high noise volume
+ May experience some exposure to fumes airborne particles, chemicals, or allergens
+ Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holiday
