What You Will Do In Your Role

Knowledge share, coordinate, and communicate effectively to all levels

Work independently or as a team with maintenance technicians and management

Demonstrate effective and logical troubleshooting skills

Understand and use data to improve productivity

Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures

Assist crew members and work in team environment

Be willing to work in a hot, humid, cold, noisy, dusty manufacturing environment

Who You Are

Advanced PLC programming skills (Allen-Bradley PLC 5 & Contrologix experience required)

Ability to troubleshoot and maintain plant network systems

Ability to troubleshoot, configure and repair all types of PLCs & HMIs

Ability to troubleshoot, configure and install AC drives

Ability to troubleshoot, configure and install process instruments

Able to read assembly drawings, schematics, and equipment layouts

Extensive PLC controls programming background to include servo experience, networked PLCs, and analog control

HMI programming background to build new or modify existing HMIs on a variety of platforms

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Must be able to lift 35 lbs

What Will Put You Ahead

Knowledge proficiency with AutoCAD

Two (2) year degree in a technical related field
