The role also involves inspecting and maintaining the interiors/exteriors of company-owned and/or managed, multi-unit commercial buildings in a Class A appearance safely and economically.ResponsibilitiesPart-time, up to 29 hours per week.Organizes and maintains the primary warehouse facility, including inventory sorting, floor planning, and documentation of equipment.Ensures cleanliness and functionality of company vehicles and equipment, and manages equipment sign-in and out.Conducts light maintenance and grounds clean-up for company properties, including snow/ice removal and trash pickup.Provides assistance to Maintenance Technicians as needed, performs manual tasks, and interacts professionally with tenants, representing the company's core values.RequirementsAt least one year of experience working in a warehouse environment; also one year of experience in commercial field maintenance/repairExperience operating a skid steer, mini excavator, scissor lift, bucket truck, and forkliftForklift Certification preferred (not mandatory)A valid OH Driver's License, automobile insurance, and a safe driving recordMust have own basic hand tools; safely operates hand tools, power tools, and related equipmentDo YOU have these qualities?
