DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Plumber 1, you will install and maintain plumbing programs for forty-six buildings. Yo u will repair plumbing equipment and systems, commercial and residential housekeeping equipment, and wastewater and supply water systems. This skilled position will require work to be completed independently or in a team setting with limited supervision.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
+ Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week.
+ Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
+ Overtime and travel as needed.
+ Free parking!

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
+ Three years of experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing components and fixtures; or
+ An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Special Requirements:
+ This position requires possession of an active motor vehicle license.
