Kennedy Mechanical is a well-established company in Rochester, NY and growing. Kennedy Mechanical is currently looking to hire a Plumber Apprentice. Interested candidates should have knowledge of basic hand tools, no previous experience is necessary. Plumber helper position will include on the job training with opportunity for long-term growth. Work schedule will be Monday-Friday, day shift.Responsibilities include:
- Assist commercial plumbers with installation of plumbing systems
- Work individually and as part of a crew
- Utilization of hand tools
- Assist with installation of components including, but not limited to fixtures, faucets, water heaters, pump systems and accessories, valves, sanitary, storm, water and gas piping systems
- Site clean-up as needed
Requirements:
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Self-motivated
- Mechanically inclined
