Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot, Install repair, and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family residential environments.
- Experience performing repairs with copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other piping.
- Ability to detect sources of leaks within the confines of the building, underground, working internally and on the exterior of the building to find the source of error.
- Perform drain cleaning on plumbing systems
- Perform Sewage backup troubleshooting and repairs
- Work with blueprints and job specifications as it apply to the craft
- Identity proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects
- Review blueprints, building codes, or specifications to determine work details or procedures.
- Keeps records of work assignments.
- Repairs, removes and/or replaces system components.
- Installs green plumbing equipment, such as faucet flow restrictors, dual-flush or pressure-assisted flush toilets, or tankless water heaters.
- Welds small pipes or special piping, using specialized techniques, equipment, or materials, such as computer-assisted welding or microchip fabrication.
- Performs other business-related duties, as required.
Requirements:- experience in multifamily maintenance or equivalent field
- HVAC and EPA certified(Not Mandatory)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required (Not Mandatory)
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Must be flexible and dependable
- Must be a team player
- Travel is expected for this position.
- Must have a valid updated driver's license
- Must have own vehicle and tools.
