Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings.
- Collaborate closely with service and installation teams to ensure seamless project completion.
- Oversee the daily operations of plumbing projects, including personnel dispatch and coordination.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, sharing your expertise in interpreting manuals, schematics, and technical documents.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain organized and efficient operations, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Utilize MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software platforms to streamline project management and documentation.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in plumbing, particularly in residential and light commercial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and the ability to train others.
- Strong understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict management skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background.
