Job Opportunity: PlumberCompany OverviewNandail Property Management specializes in renovation and maintenance, providing outstanding property management and facility maintenance solutions for both residential and commercial properties.Position ResponsibilitiesAs a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in multi-family residential environments.
- Handling repairs using various piping materials, including copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, and PEX.
- Detecting and addressing leaks within buildings, both internally and externally.
- Performing drain cleaning and troubleshooting sewage backups.
- Interpreting blueprints and job specifications relevant to plumbing tasks.
- Identifying necessary materials and quantities for projects.
- Reviewing blueprints, building codes, and specifications to guide work procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records of work assignments.
- Repairing, removing, or replacing plumbing system components as needed.
- Installing eco-friendly plumbing equipment, such as flow restrictors and tankless water heaters.
- Utilizing specialized techniques for welding small pipes or unique piping systems.
- Completing additional related duties as required.
Position Requirements
- Experience in multi-family maintenance or a related field.
- Journeyman or Master plumber license/certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, though not required.
- Flexibility, dependability, and a collaborative team spirit are essential.
- Travel may be required for this position.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are necessary.
- Must provide your own vehicle and tools.
