Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial plumbing work, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality service. As a Plumber, you will perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform regular maintenance and necessary repairs on plumbing systems at commercial and residential locations.
  • Installation: Install plumbing systems in new constructions and renovation projects, adhering to all safety and code regulations.
  • Inspection and Troubleshooting: Inspect existing plumbing systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions, explaining work, and offering maintenance advice.
  • Compliance and Safety: Stay up-to-date with industry safety standards and plumbing codes; ensure all work meets inspection requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and other employees to maintain smooth operations.
  • Documentation: Maintain a detailed work log, keeping accurate records of tasks, hours, and materials used on each job.
  • Reporting and Client Education: Complete and submit detailed reports on work performed and provide clients with information on maintaining their plumbing systems.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a plumber, preferably with both residential and commercial experience.
  • Familiarity with plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
  • Knowledge of current regulations and safety standards in plumbing.
  • Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good physical condition and the ability to lift and work in various environments.
