Pay Range: This is a commission-based role with an average compensation of $75,000 - $150,000, but top performers can earn well over the average if they are skilled and motivated. There is uncapped earning potential!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs and installations
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues with precision and efficiency
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any necessary follow-up actions
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Mentor and train apprentice plumbers and junior team members

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of plumbing service experience
• Navien certification is a plus
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment
