Minimum of 5 years' experience in installation and maintenance of commercial building plumbing systems, including domestic water, boiler/HVAC systems and sewer/drain systems.

Knowledge in the following preferred: Natural gas piping, natural gas commercial boilers and controls, installation and troubleshooting of commercial kitchen equipment, and restroom fixture repair.

Possesses and maintains a current PA driver's license.

Demonstrates aptitude and competence for assigned responsibilities and has performed present responsibilities in an exemplary manor.

Performs troubleshooting, installation, corrective and preventative maintenance on types of plumbing equipment and systems.

Ability/willingness to work additional hours, including weekends, as required for snow plowing, emergencies and events.
