Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time entry-level Plumbing and Excavation Apprentice in Delaware, OH. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? As an entry-level Plumbing and Excavation Apprentice, you will report to our shop/office daily between 7 AM and 8 AM for training sessions and meetings. Your workday will continue until all assigned tasks are completed, typically around 5 PM. However, our commitment to customer satisfaction may require extended hours. On-call shifts are part of a scheduled rotation, providing the opportunity to earn time and a half. Some former experience in the field is preferred but not required. AVERAGE DAY AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL PLUMBING AND EXCAVATION APPRENTICE Your day begins with a morning briefing at our shop, where you will receive your daily assignments and review communications. You will work alongside experienced plumbers and HVAC technicians, assisting in the installation and repair of piping, fixtures, and HVAC systems. Your tasks will include cutting metal components, drilling holes, digging trenches, and performing rough-ins. Each day presents an opportunity to enhance your skills and contribute to our reputation for high-quality service. Customer interaction is essential, and you will be expected to greet clients warmly and address their inquiries professionally. Safety is paramount, and you will adhere to all protocols while using protective equipment. Throughout the day, you will document your work using Service Titan software and maintain clear communication with the team.
