Job Description:

WyattWorks Plumbing is looking for a Goal Driven Team Player with a Sense of Urgency, Consider it Done attitude and a Do Whats Right mentality, looking for a career in the plumbing trade, to learn through our apprentice program.

We are looking for the right person who is not only mechanically inclined, but someone who is great at building relationships with customers.

Ideal candidates will at the minimum have a basic knowledge of plumbing, be mechanically inclined, love working with his or her hands and tools as well as a feeling of satisfaction in serving other peoples homes.

Your Role:

Learn to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and install an array of plumbing services.

  • Arrive on time for work each day

  • Attend weekly Wyatt Works Academy classes where we teach you the Wyatt Works.

  • Present a clean cut and professional image

  • Work with a sense of urgency

  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers and office staff

  • Help maintain and promote a high company morale being professional and friendly

  • Educate customers to enable them to make an informed decision on the services offered

  • Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and time management

  • Submit all completed paperwork in an accurate and timely manner

  • Help maintain properly cleaned and stocked service truck

  • Participate in periodic inventory and truck inspections

  • Maintain tools and machinery in good condition and use all tools carefully and as necessary

  • Consistently utilize and uphold the mission statement and values set forth

  • Must follow all safety policies and procedures

  • Will be required to work a variety of work shifts, weekends and an on-call rotation

  • Position requires the ability to walk, bend, stand, sit, reach, stretch, hear, climb, drive

Requirements

  • 1+ years plumbing experience (preferred)

  • 3 professional references

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Clean cut

  • Clean valid drivers license

  • Clean criminal and driving record
