There are many opportunities for a person who is honest, motivated, and seeks a challenge.You'll work directly alongside experienced Technicians as you assist with the business in a hands-on environment. During both on site installs and in the shop, you'll receive the most advanced learning experience the business can offer. After a 60-day orientation period, you'll advance to our
Apprentice to Technician Training Program. This program provides the opportunity to acquire best-in-practice skills from industry professionals while earning a competitive wage. Once you complete the Apprentice to Technician Training, you will become a member of our install team, where you'll earn more and get the opportunity to work on your own.We use the latest in trenchless technology to help residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal clients make pipe repairs with minimal disruption. You could be asked to perform many services: trenchless sewer repair, pipe replacement/repair, drain cleaning, concrete work and other common tasks associated with residential, commercial, industrial and municipal pipe repair services.

Install Apprentice Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING- Work as part of a crew performing sewer pipe repair and lining
- Operating high end inspection & cutting equipment
- Proper operation of excavation equipment such as a backhoe
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe jobsite
- Use of hand tools, digging equipment
Install Apprentice Qualifications | WHAT YOU BRING- Experience in excavation including pipe install, bursting, and relining preferred but will train the right candidate
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Professional demeanor when onsite to ensure customer comfort and satisfaction
- Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Ability to arrive on time, every day for work
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- CDL a plus but not required
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Commitment to safety
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Mechanically inclined and organized
