Daily responsibilities will be answering phones, accurately and efficiently scheduling plumbing service appointments, and dispatching technicians. Training will be provided. Service Titan experience a plus. Must be local to the area with geographical knowledge of the surrounding communities of Redding. Must be able to type 30+ WPM. Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and basic computer skills. Dispatching or service related scheduling experience a plus.
