We are seeking a motivated Drain Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in resolving plumbing issues efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform drain cleaning, repair, and maintenance services for residential clients.
Diagnose plumbing problems and implement appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Utilize industry-leading tools and techniques to ensure the highest quality of workmanship.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues, proposed solutions, and provide maintenance tips.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in plumbing and drain cleaning is a must.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
