Selectek is partnering with a company based in south of Boston, Massachusetts  to hire a Plumbing Estimator. This firm specializes in large-scale projects in the commercial field.Employment Type: Direct HireLocation: Boston, MA areaExpected Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000Job Duties:• Compute cost factors and prepare estimates used to plan, organize, and schedule work, materials, and vendors/subcontractors; prepare detailed take-offs • Conduct studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data• Attend job walkthroughs and pre-bid meetings.• Analyze completed projects to compare estimated cost against final cost• Contribute to centralized cost-estimating databaseJob Requirements:• 3-5 years of experience in estimating• Proficient in Quick Pen Estimating Software• Knowledgeable about Massachusetts plumbing and NFPA codes• Office 365 experienceSchedule:  Monday-Friday, 8:00a – 5:00p.
