- Understand customer requirements and project specifications to determine project scope and complexity.
- Estimate project time, material, and labor costs accurately.
- Stay updated on industry trends to maintain competitiveness.
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal departments for project delivery.
- Maintain organized records of completed estimates.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing estimating and project management.
- Versatile experience in various project types, including Commercial and Industrial.
- Proficient in estimating project costs, reviewing plans and specifications, researching products, and reading blueprints.
- Ability to provide estimates for projects of varying complexity.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and codes.
- Effective communication skills for internal and external coordination.
