Your Key Responsibilities: As a Plumbing Estimator and Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role by:

- Meticulous Estimation: Crafting detailed project cost estimates, reviewing project plans and specifications, researching products and materials, interpreting blueprints, evaluating bids, and creating compelling proposals.
- Complex Project Management: Handling projects of varying complexities with accuracy and attention to detail in your estimates.

Your Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have:
- 5+ Years of Plumbing Estimating / Project Management Experience: A strong foundation in plumbing estimating and project management is essential.
- Diverse Project Portfolio: Experience with a range of project types, including Commercial, Industrial, and Insitutiuonal, to demonstrate adaptability. Med Gas expertise required.
- Estimation Expertise: Proficiency in estimating plumbing project costs, crafting cost estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, researching materials, reading blueprints, evaluating bids, and preparing proposals.
- Industry Awareness: Keeping up-to-date with current industry trends to remain competitive.
- Effective Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration.
- Code and Specification Knowledge: Familiarity with plumbing codes and project specifications.
- Organizational Skills: Maintaining well-organized records of completed estimates.
