As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Plumbing Estimator to join our team. Position Overview:We are seeking a Plumbing Estimator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial estimating, specifically in HVAC and/or plumbing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning estimates and experience managing projects valued up to $3 million. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive plumbing estimates for commercial projects.
- Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, materials, and labor costs.
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Participate in bid meetings and presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial estimating, with a focus on HVAC and/or plumbing.
- Proven track record of successful estimates and project wins.
- Experience with projects up to $3 million, preferably in schools and municipal sectors.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
