Reports To: The Commercial Plumbing Foreman will report to the Plumbing Supervisor of the respective Division of Chesapeake Plumbing & Heating, Inc. Job Overview: The Commercial Plumbing Foreman will work apart of the new construction division to construct and install commercial plumbing systems. Benefits & Compensation

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Install pipes and fixtures per regulation
- Rough-in
- Install support pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
- Assembles fittings and valves for installation
- Modify length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for projects
- Use hand tools safely as necessary
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
The right individual will be an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman with the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations. They will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with proven ability to work independently. They should excel in a very fast paced environment, able to thrive under pressure, and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism. - Minimum 2-4 years of commercial plumbing experience (required)
- Journeyman or Master Plumber (required)
- WSSC experience (preferred)
- New construction plumbing
- Able to work in a variety of extreme weather condition
- Must have tools and reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Able to problem-solve and have strong decision skills
- Resourceful team-player, with ability to also perform independently.
