Premium Plumbing is seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Plumbing Foreman to lead our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing a skilled group of plumbers while actively participating in commercial plumbing work. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has a proven track record of managing teams, and is up-to-date with Florida commercial plumbing codes. This role requires a strong knowledge of commercial plumbing, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to high-quality work.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of plumbers on various commercial projects, ensuring all work complies with Florida commercial plumbing codes.Perform hands-on plumbing work while overseeing project execution, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.Accurately read, interpret, and execute work based on blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking team members and clients.Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of a bilingual or Spanish-speaking team.Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or similar leadership role, specifically in commercial plumbing.Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency required).Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.In-depth knowledge of Florida commercial plumbing codes, systems, materials, and practices.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.OSHA certification and other relevant safety training preferred.WHY SHOULD YOU CONSIDER JOINING US?In order to provide this level of service, we rely on our hardworking, dedicated team.
