As they continue to expand, they are looking for skilled and motivated professionals to join their growing team in new construction plumbing leadership roles.The Plumbing Foreman will be responsible for leading new construction plumbing projects, working closely with mechanics and other foremen to ensure timely and high-quality installations. Based out of the Lititz, PA office, this role is ideal for a highly experienced plumber who enjoys overseeing job sites, ensuring compliance with code requirements, and mentoring less experienced team members. All projects are within a 1-1.5 hour radius of Lititz, PA, so no overnight travel is required. This is a Safety Sensitive position.Benefits: - Customizable medical benefits starting from the first of the month, including company-paid life insurance and long-term disability.- Company contributions to 401(k) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).- Paid time off starting from the first day of employment.- Yearly tool allowance and safety incentives.- Company-provided uniforms and power tools.- Ongoing training and opportunities for career development.- Outstanding company culture built on core values such as integrity, empowerment, and safety.- Quarterly one-on-one meetings with management to discuss career path, wages, and personal growth, with monthly surveys to provide feedback and input on company direction.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage new construction plumbing projects as a working foreman on various job sites.- Oversee the installation of all types of piping and plumbing systems at each stage of construction, from slabs to finish-outs.- Collaborate with other trades, mechanics, and foremen to ensure projects are completed on time and in accordance with quality standards.- Read and interpret architectural prints and ensure all work is in compliance with local codes and regulations.- Manage material orders, coordinate schedules, and oversee the work of plumbing mechanics.- Communicate effectively with general contractors, other trades, and team members to maintain project flow.- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior plumbing mechanics, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.- Ensure all jobs and paperwork are completed accurately, neatly, and on time, while maintaining a focus on safety and integrity.- Follow and enforce General Construction and company safety protocols on every project.Job RequirementsKey Qualifications:- 2-8 years of experience in plumbing construction, with foreman or leadership experience preferred.OSHA-10 Certification is required.- An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is preferred but not required.- Strong commitment to quality work and doing the job right the first time.- A desire to continually learn and grow within the plumbing trade.- Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.- Journeyman s or Master Plumber s license is a plus.- Proficiency with technology, including working from an iPad and the ability to send professional emails to customers and team members.
