CMS Plumbing ForemanExciting opportunity with a rapidly growing Commercial Mechanical Company.We do work in the Colorado Springs area with a lot of ongoing projects as well as a large backlog.All Colorado Mechanical Systems Plumbing Foreman are working Superintendents, so will be laying out journeymen and apprentices and working with tools as well. Skills & Requirements:
- Current Colorado Journeyman License (or Masters License)
- Med Gas license preferred, but not required
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of commercial plumbing, construction practice and safety procedures
- Working knowledge of all relevant national and local codes and company and industry standards.
- Must possess and maintain licenses that are required in the jurisdictions that you are working.
- Reliable transportation to and from work required
- Capable of reading blueprints and specifications
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient at Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word. Experience with Blue Beam is a plus.
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Leadership skills a must
- Great communication skills with crew as well as clients
- Experience running a crew on jobsite (3-5 people)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Journeyman in the mechanical/plumbing industry (Journeyman or Masters license)
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Able to lift 50 lbs, twist, crouch, work overhead, climb ladders, work on uneven surfaces
- Must possess the ability to multitask
- OSHA 30 Certification (Preferred)
