General Job DescriptionIES Residential is currently seeking Plumbing Helpers to join a winning team in the Corpus Christi, TX area. This role involves assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. Plumbing Helpers work under the supervision of experienced plumbers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to established safety and quality standards.
- Day to day field work
- Assist in the installation of plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances.
- Maintain vehicle cleanness
- Communicate with others and take direction given by management
- Promptly report unsafe conditions to responsible person
- Help diagnose plumbing issues and assist in repairs, such as clearing drains, fixing leaks, and replacing damaged components.
- Retrieve tools, materials, and equipment needed for jobs and ensure they are organized and ready for use.
- Observe and learn from licensed plumbers to gain knowledge and skills in plumbing techniques and procedures.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

- Plumbing experience is a plus
