**Purpose and Essential Duties**
* Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC equipment.
* Install piping including copper, PVC, steel etc.
* Proficient in brazing, soldering, and Pro Press.
* Perform installation of HVAC equipment such as atmospheric boiler, water-cooled chiller.
* Establish and maintain clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.
* Assist in maintaining inventory and tool procurement of individual service vehicle.
* Promote and perform all aspects of BMCC's safety procedures and policies.
This position is Full Time, Non-Exempt and reports to the Service Manager
**Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications**
* 3+ years of verifiable experience with the installation of commercial HVAC systems.
* Must have EPA certification.
* Experience with Energy recovery ventilator services, atmospheric boiler maintenance, and service.
* Proficient in take-offs and running pipe of all kinds including Copper, PVC, Black Iron, & Pro Press.
**Travel Requirements**
* Infrequent travel to Company or client locations. Approximately 10% of time will be spent traveling.
**Physical/Work Environment Requirements**
Essential
* Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs, be able to bend/stoop, squat/crouch, climb, kneel and twist. Must be able to climb ladders, work both inside and outside, and around moving equipment safely.
