Job Type Full-timeDescriptionAs a Plumbing Installer primarily for new construction and add-ons, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in new construction projects and ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) add-ons. The position includes various tasks related to plumbing installations, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining quality standards.Essential Responsibilities, including but are not limited to:
- Installation: Install pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing components in accordance with blueprints and building codes.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform preventative maintenance and repair existing plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, gas lines, and hot water heating systems.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets quality standards and is ready for inspection.
- Materials and Equipment: Coordinate with the team to ensure that all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are on-site and ready for use.
- Project Flow: Drive the flow of projects by holding your team accountable, managing timelines, and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members, project managers, and clients.
Requirements
- Four + years of plumbing experience strongly preferred with a strong background in plumbing installations.
- Valid plumbing licensure (preferred).
- Current driver's license with a clean driving record pursuant to company policy.
- Skills:
- Working knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presentation and pride in work.
