Must have strong Plumbing Operations Manager background with the following: - Plumbing Design - Plumbing Estimating - Plumbing Project Management - Plumbing SalesCommercial and Institutional Preferred: - Master Plumber - Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering, or construction management preferred Solid knowledge of all area plumbing codes. Familiarity with area building, fire, and mechanical codes. Solid knowledge of all disciplines of construction drawings, specifications, and related documents. Ability to estimate and manage design/build and plan and spec projects from conceptual budgets through project closeout. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks. Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
