Overview:

Seeking a Plumbing and/or Piping Detailer for one of the nation's leading Mechanical Contractors specializing in commercial air conditioning, plumbing, piping, and additional markets.

About the Client:

This client is headquartered in Houston, and has offices throughout Texas. They will review candidates in Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and DFW to report to their respective offices. They have been in business 50+ years and have continued to grow year over year, with 2025 set to be a record year for the company.

What they're looking for in a candidate:

• Knowledge of the plumbing/mechanical systems being designed
• Must possess the ability to take direction from the lead detailer
• Willingness to learn, improve and refine current skills
• Knowledge of Navisworks Manage, Fabrication CADmep, AutocadMEP, AutoCAD and REVIT, all 2019 or 2020
• Some Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & BlueBeam
• Construction field installation or shop experience a plus
