The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier service to customers, managing on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.   • Provide exceptional service and support during field visits or dispatches.
  • Manage on-site installation, repair, and maintenance tasks related to plumbing.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot errors or plumbing issues, providing effective solutions.
  • Produce timely, accurate, and detailed service reports and document processes.
  • Ensure all work follows company procedures, safety protocols, and plumbing codes.
  • Drive service vehicles in a safe manner and maintain the vehicle as needed.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and offering recommendations.
  • Perform sewer and drain cleaning, including operating sewer cameras for inspection work.
  • Collaborate with the team and share information across the organization.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • In-depth knowledge of local plumbing codes and standards.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with effective verbal and written communication.
  • Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 4 + years of experience in all phases of plumbing.
Working Conditions:
  • Must be available outside of normal business hours as needed, with on-call rotation required.
  • Work in various indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to climb ladders, crawl, stand, bend, crouch, kneel, and lift heavy objects (in excess of 50 pounds).
  • Must have specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

  • 8 hour shift
  • 40 hours a week
