As they continue to expand, they are seeking highly experienced professionals to join their leadership team in new construction plumbing.The Plumbing Superintendent will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple plumbing projects in new construction. The Plumbing Superintendent will work closely with project managers, general contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project completion within budget and on schedule. This role is based out of Lititz, PA, with job sites located within 1-1.5 hours of the office. No overnight travel is required.Compensation and Benefits:- Competitive hourly wage starting at $35.00 per hour, with opportunities for further compensation based on experience and performance.- Comprehensive benefits package, including customizable medical coverage, company-paid life insurance, and long-term disability.- Company contributions to 401(k) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).- Paid time off (PTO) starting from day one, with 3 weeks of PTO for a full calendar year.- Company-sponsored activities and events to foster team spirit and culture.- Yearly tool allowance and safety incentives.- Company-provided uniforms and power tools.- Ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement within the company.- Quarterly reviews with management to discuss career growth, compensation, and feedback.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full lifecycle of plumbing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of plumbing foremen, mechanics, and subcontractors across multiple job sites, ensuring that work is performed to company and regulatory standards.- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to develop work plans, resolve issues, and ensure seamless coordination across all phases of construction.- Oversee the procurement and timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring that all project needs are met efficiently.- Ensure all plumbing installations meet local code requirements, company standards, and customer specifications.- Provide leadership and mentorship to plumbing teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment while promoting professional development.- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and identify potential risks or delays.- Communicate regularly with general contractors, clients, and internal teams to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.- Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, inspection reports, and safety records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices for enhancing operational efficiency and project outcomes.Job RequirementsKey Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in plumbing construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.- Strong knowledge of all aspects of new construction plumbing, including installation, project management, and code compliance.- Proven track record of managing large-scale plumbing projects and leading diverse teams to successful completion.- OSHA-10 Certification is required; OSHA-30 Certification is highly preferred.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with project managers, clients, and other trades.- Proficiency with technology, including the use of project management software, iPads, and email communication.- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; ability to travel to job sites within the local region as needed.- A Journeyman's or Master Plumber's license is highly preferred.
