We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced family environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be knowledgeable about various culinary techniques. Kitchen management experience preferred but not necessary. Possibility for advancement.Responsibilities:Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping.Cook menu items in compliance with the restaurant's recipes and standards.Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized at all times.Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other team members to coordinate food orders.Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages.Assist in food prep and report to Executive ChefWork in an open kitchen environmentRequirements:Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position.Knowledge of culinary techniques and fine dining practices.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.Experience in menu planning and food preparation.Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus.Strong understanding of food safety practices.If you are passionate about cooking and thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment, we would love to have you on our team.
