Job Description
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating with all stakeholders to meet construction milestones.
  • Oversee the project's budget, managing costs, expenditures, and procurement while negotiating contracts.
  • Manage daily site activities, ensuring work meets plans and specifications while coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards while implementing safety protocols.
  • Serve as the main client contact, providing updates, addressing concerns, and presenting progress reports.
  • Identify and address potential issues and risks, developing strategies to keep the project on track and within scope.

  • Commercial construction experience, preferably in the industrial or retail sectors
  • 5+ years in an APM/PM role
  • Estimating experience is a plus!
  • Ability to interact with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Passion for construction
