Job Description- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating with all stakeholders to meet construction milestones.
- Oversee the project's budget, managing costs, expenditures, and procurement while negotiating contracts.
- Manage daily site activities, ensuring work meets plans and specifications while coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards while implementing safety protocols.
- Serve as the main client contact, providing updates, addressing concerns, and presenting progress reports.
- Identify and address potential issues and risks, developing strategies to keep the project on track and within scope.

The Successful Applicant- Commercial construction experience, preferably in the industrial or retail sectors
- 5+ years in an APM/PM role
- Estimating experience is a plus!
- Ability to interact with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Passion for construction
