Description:**$19-$22/hour depending on experience and location The primary responsibilities of a PM Prep Person are to quickly, efficiently and consistently prepareadequate amounts of fresh food items according to recipe, in order to support the Servers in guest service, and also to assist cooks in keeping the cook's line stocked with supplies.
