We are currently seeking Warehouse Sanitation personnel with 6+ months experience in a warehouse setting. Pay: 17.50/hour Schedule: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am Position Overview: The Sanitation Technician position is responsible for the cleanliness of the building, grounds and ancillary equipment in the facility. The Sanitation Technician also supports the production department in maintaining a safe, clean and organized environment. He/She cleans and details specific areas of the facility and grounds based on direction from the Sanitation Manager and supports the cleaning effort on the equipment in regards to CIP (Clean in Place) and COP (Clean out of Place) procedures. Key Functions:
- Cleaning of the facility inside
- Cleaning of the grounds outside
- Perform tasks as required to comply with the master sanitation plan for the facility including
- operating the facility floor scrubber, foaming equipment and/or walls, mopping, or other
- cleaning duties.
- Documentation of cleaning results and issues that may arise.
- Other functions as necessary at the direction of management.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous forklift certification
- Ability to use an RF scan gun
