Position SummaryThe PMO Business Analyst is a support role with Neptune's PMO working to create, maintain, and enhance project communications and reporting.The Analyst will engage with Project and Program Managers across Hardware Development, Commercial Software, Information Technology, and other departments to collect data and present reports which clearly influence business decisions.The Analyst is critical to the mission of delivering new and exciting products to Neptune's water utility industry customers.Objectives
- The ideal candidate will:
- Use state-of-the-art project management tools and demonstrate an awareness of modern management methodologies. The candidate will equip team members and provide moderate administrative support for those tools to be successful and lead rudimentary training as appropriate.
- Be responsible for engaging with multiple departments and navigating the complexities of disparate data streams to create coherent and consistent project reports.
- Participate in project planning and coordinate reporting of project against project baselined milestones.
- Contribute to the Project Management Office (PMO) in building and developing best practices in alignment with Neptune Management System.
