Job Overview:

Are you a master at managing projects and leading diverse teams? Bring your expertise to the Enterprise Platform Transformation (EPT) team at Marvin! We're looking for a Project Management Office Manager to handle the management and delivery of the Marvin EPT initiative to evolve our operating model.

This position involves coordinating workstream activities, collaborator & sponsor meetings, managing resource plans & program budgets and will be the primary contact for our solution implementation partner.

Highlights of your role:
  • Project Management and Reporting: Manage and track program goals, and provide program level reporting that including status reports, risks, budgets, timelines, and achievements.
  • Strategy and Governance: Establish, manage and implement program governance, communication strategies and standards for project documentation
  • Team Management: Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers on the program team
  • Support the EPT Technology and Business Leaders as needed to ensure the program initiative is completed on time and within budget
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft software solutions & project management tracking/software tools – Azure DevOps experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an expertise in setting and managing customer expectations

  • Strong critical thinking and strategic thought leadership, and Technology Transformation experience

Also want to make sure you have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience

  • 5+ Years of building, leading, and mentoring diverse, high-performing teams

  • Ability to travel to other facilities as needed
