Little Caesars is a company where our colleagues make an impact. Your Mission: Responsible for implementing strategic projects and programs. This position will develop, document, and manage project charters, budgets, schedules, and resources as well as the change management plan, communications and all other duties associated with the project. This position will translate business goals and objectives into concrete strategic and tactical plans. This position will build and maintain relationships across Little Caesar Enterprises (LCE) and have access to confidential and sensitive information. How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Manage the full life cycle of enterprise-wide, highly complex, and strategic projects, including project initiation, charters, work breakdown structures (WBS), planning, and schedules to insure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to define performance and service levels which include managing costs, driving excellence in outcomes, and mitigating risks. Create service level agreements (SLA's) and monitor vendor/contractor performance against SLA's during the life of the project.
  • Drive organizational change, communication initiatives and identification and resolution of risk management, utilizing corporate Communications, Human Resources, Information Technology, and other resources as needed.
  • Work with customer groups to project scope, financials, timelines, and project milestones to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and consistent with stakeholder expectations. Advise management of any issues requiring intervention.
  • Collaborate with functional departments on staff utilization, development of processes and procedures, training and change management.
  • Act in a liaison role between the PMO, internal business units and other service providers to ensure functional requirements are understood and they have what they need to support projects.
  • Develop and track pre- and post-project metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships across business units, participate in cross-functional committees, and build project committee schedules.
  • Follow standard project management industry standards that meet or exceed LCE requirements. Keep current on industry standards and make recommendations that will enhance PMO and International operations.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas of study.
  • At least three (3) years' experience in developing strategies that move projects forward, setting goals and creating and implementing action plans and evaluating the outcomes.
  • Previous experience in formal or informal leadership of project teams, work groups or department.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors and contractors to ensure service level compliance, tracking labor costs and facilitating collaboration with colleagues.
  • Evidence of ability to identify stakeholders, build relationships and work with cross-functional teams to facilitate and actively monitor the execution of a diverse range or projects.
  • Previous experience with project metrics and proof of ability to generate, maintain and report on project metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to research and develop business cases, draw conclusions, and make sound business-oriented recommendations.
  • Evidence of ability to prioritize workload and projects with the flexibility to rapidly adapt to changes in priorities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced skills in PowerPoint, Visio Excel, and Workfront project management software or other project management applications.
  • Evidence of ability to prioritize and handle multiple complex projects and priorities.
  • Proof of analytical and problem-solving skills developed from sound business judgment & experience.
  • Demonstrated active listening, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to internal and external audiences.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Where You'll Work:
  • Works in a normal office environment where there is no physical discomfort due to temperature, noise, dust, and the like.
  • Some travel including travel to restaurant locations and trade shows. This position requires the ability to adhere to the LCE Travel policy.
