Benefits Available!Weekly Pay! $17.00/Hour DESCRIPTION: Pre-employment MVR required.MVR run every 6 mos on active contingent workers.Will be going into customer homesReimbursement for food while travelingHotel arranged and paid for by companyWe partner with the local electric utility to provide a free service to its customers in selected neighborhoods This program relies on the Field Service Technician to install energy efficient products in the customer's home to help reduce the electrical consumptionTechnicians will also qualify customers to receive additional free services based on the homes energy efficiencyContract can be extended up to 24 months.Job Responsibilities (not all-inclusive):Installing energy efficient products in residential homes such as LED bulbs, low flow water aerators and showerheads, hot water tank insulation jackets, pipe insulation, foam sealant, and other measuresEducating customers about ways they can save money by reducing their electrical consumptionAccurately reporting installation measuresQuality reporting to the Field SupervisorDocumenting safety issues to managementSafely driving work trucks/box vans to and from the customer's home and office/hotelParticipation in neighborhood kickoff events50% travel time throughout Florida (Vehicle provided while traveling)What we are looking for:A background in Sales, Customer Service, Cable/Satellite Installers, HVAC, energy efficiency, construction or related field a plusAbility to work with a partner with minimal supervisionAbility to travel overnight throughout the workweekExcellent customer service backgroundExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail orientedStrong ethics and sense of responsibilitySafety mindedAbility to work to a deadline and in fast-paced environmentHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid Driver's LicenseAbility to pass criminal background and drug screeningAbility to speak Spanish desired but not requiredProduction, Safety, and QA bonuses are possible though not guaranteedEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)License:Driver's License (Required)Covid-19All appropriate Covid-19 responses and prevention established by the Company will apply to this positionActions/Materials such as facemasks, gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfectant sprays, social distancing, temperature checks, and other requirements set forth in the Company's Standard Operating Procedure must be followed at all times.
