We are thrilled to announce an opening for a permanent Point of Care Coordinator position with supervisory responsibilities at our esteemed organization in West Virginia!We are dedicated to delivering top-notch healthcare services, and we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in laboratory operations. As a Point of Care Coordinator with supervisory duties, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all functions within your assigned section, including procedures, quality control, quality assurance, and maintenance. Additionally, you will step up to supervise other sections in the absence of the supervisor and oversee all laboratory functions when Laboratory Management is unavailable, including on-call responsibilities.Key Responsibilities: Provide oversight and direction for all functions within the assigned section, including procedures, quality control, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure adherence to standards and regulations Assume supervisory responsibilities for other sections in the absence of the supervisor, ensuring continuity of operations and maintaining high standards of performance Oversee all laboratory functions during periods when Laboratory Management is unavailable, including on-call duties, to ensure seamless operation and patient care Ensure compliance with all CAP (College of American Pathologists) regulations, keeping the department current with regulatory requirements and implementing necessary changes or improvements Joining our team means becoming part of a supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued and recognized.
