Assist plant manager in all operations of Newsoms Pole Yard - Including equipment, staffing, output, productivity, organization, and safety. Supervisor and provide leadership throughout the yard. Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; BS in Wood Science or Business preferred.
