Make your mark with an organization that values quality, service, and the lasting impact you can bring!This position is located in the Greater Seattle Area and is a hybrid work environment.Position Overview:Policy Service Representatives accurately process and enter routine policy information for new business, changes to, reinstatement of, and cancellation of insurance policies. Assist agents and underwriters with a variety of support work, in a high-volume work environment, while maintaining a professional manner with a customer service focus.Some of the responsibilities will be:Attention to Detail & Accuracy:Handle rating and data processing for new business, renewals, policy changes, quotes, cancellations, and reinstatements within authority limits.Review and verify submitted materials for completeness and accuracy; follow up with agents and underwriters as needed.Communication & Collaboration:Interpret issuance and rating instructions from underwriters.Prioritize individual and group workflows to meet department deadlines and compliance standards.Respond to inquiries from agents and underwriters, collaborating with internal departments to resolve rating issues.
