Key Responsibilities:
* Oversea the activity of the pool area and team member to ensure an efficient and effective operation and delivery of superior customer service to members and guests.
* Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures.
* Ensure members and guests enjoy a safe, clean and welcoming environment with a warm hospitality experience.
Qualifications:
* 2 year experience as a Supervisor in Hospitality.
* CPR certification required (within 6 months of hire).
* Strong Ability to lead, empower and motivate the team.
* Maintaining and cleaning all outside patio and furniture.
