- Develop and showcase creativity in crafting unique and innovative cocktails, experimenting with various ingredients and techniques to create signature drinks.
- Prepare and serve various drinks, including cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, following standardized recipes or customer preferences.
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared accurately, maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, regularly cleaning glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Handle payments, process transactions, and provide accurate change. Keep track of tabs for customers seated at the bar.
- Required hours are 12 PM- 7 PM and you will be outside by the pool
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Two or more years as a Bartender, preferably in fine dining, with extensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and wine
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently expected to stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs comfortably, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
