Salary Range: $27.00-$35.00

What You'll Do:

As a Pool Equipment Installer, you will lead the installation of cutting-edge commercial pool systems, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards. This role offers hands-on work with state-of-the-art equipment and the opportunity to lead and mentor a team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading installation teams, assigning tasks, and guiding projects to completion.
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing pool systems, including controllers, chemical feeders, pumps, VFDS, and saline systems.
  • Reading blueprints and technical documents to ensure precise installations.
  • Testing and troubleshooting equipment to verify functionality.
  • Coordinating materials and equipment with the procurement team.
  • Providing clients with progress updates, expert recommendations, and addressing any concerns.
  • Training and mentoring team members to foster continuous learning and development.
  • Staying informed on the latest trends and advancements in pool systems and installation techniques.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years of commercial pool equipment installation experience.
  • Skills: Strong physical ability, excellent craftsmanship, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • License: Valid Florida driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Technology: Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, iPad operation; basic networking knowledge is a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent walking, sitting, reaching, and using hands/fingers.
  • Occasionally lifting/moving objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities, including close vision and focus adjustment.
