What You'll Do:
As a Pool Equipment Installer, you will lead the installation of cutting-edge commercial pool systems, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards. This role offers hands-on work with state-of-the-art equipment and the opportunity to lead and mentor a team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading installation teams, assigning tasks, and guiding projects to completion.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing pool systems, including controllers, chemical feeders, pumps, VFDS, and saline systems.
- Reading blueprints and technical documents to ensure precise installations.
- Testing and troubleshooting equipment to verify functionality.
- Coordinating materials and equipment with the procurement team.
- Providing clients with progress updates, expert recommendations, and addressing any concerns.
- Training and mentoring team members to foster continuous learning and development.
- Staying informed on the latest trends and advancements in pool systems and installation techniques.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of commercial pool equipment installation experience.
- Skills: Strong physical ability, excellent craftsmanship, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- License: Valid Florida driver's license with a good driving record.
- Technology: Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, iPad operation; basic networking knowledge is a plus.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent walking, sitting, reaching, and using hands/fingers.
- Occasionally lifting/moving objects up to 50 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities, including close vision and focus adjustment.
