Many positions (30 hours/week or more) are eligible for additional health benefits.- Lots of training and development opportunities- Friendly and supportive team environment- Work outdoors with state-of-the-art technology and equipmentResponsibilities:- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives for pool/spa renovations and equipment as well as pool construction/masonry projects- Meet with clients and prospects to discuss pool renovation projects and answer questions/concerns- Maintain a deep understanding of the pool construction industry, including industry trends, competitors, and customer needs- Collaborate with internal teams to create and present compelling proposals to potential clients- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, providing exceptional customer service and managing client expectations- Regularly monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry developments and expand professional networkQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field preferred, (or equivalent work experience)- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in pool/spa sales or pool construction/renovation industry- Strong knowledge of the pool construction industry, including products, techniques, and regulations- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales contracts, with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously- Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry eventsGlengate is an award-winning company celebrating over 50 years of exceptional design/build projects and 5-star property and pool maintenance, specializing in one of a kind swimming pools and landscapes and fulfilling our client's dreams.
